Is Your Dapp “Blocked”?
We recently rolled out an update that makes it easier for website owners to control access to their content.
Dapper now supports robots.txt, a standard mechanism website owners use to control how services like Dapper and search engines access their servers.
If the website your Dapp uses has a robots.txt file which prohibits systems like Dapper from accessing the content within the website, the Dapp will stop working. We apologize for this and hope you understand that we made these changes to respect the wishes of website owners.
If the blocked Dapp uses content from your website, you can change your robots.txt to allow Dapper access to your site.
